SmartR Spaces — Terms & Conditions

1. General

1. This quotation is a budgetary estimate, not a final tax invoice. Final pricing at the time of order confirmation shall prevail.
2. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Thereafter subject to reconfirmation.
3. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, import duties, or supply chain conditions.
4. GST @ 18% is applicable on all products and services unless specified otherwise.
5. This quotation includes 1 year of complimentary service support from the date of commissioning. Standard service charges apply thereafter.
6. Scope is limited to items specifically listed. Additional products or services will be charged separately.

2. Payment Terms

• Work and procurement begin only after advance payment confirmation.
• Delayed payments attract interest: 1.5% for 1–7 days, 3% for 8–15 days, 2% per week for 16+ days.
• Final system credentials and handover documents released only after full payment clearance.
• Payments must be made only to the official account shared by SmartR Spaces. Share payment screenshot/UTR after every transaction.

3. Client Scope

The following are not in SmartR Spaces scope unless specifically mentioned in the BOQ:

1. Main electrical wiring, DBs, MCBs, conduits, cable trays, and connectors.
2. Manual switches, plates, and faceplates.
3. Gang box depth and back-box preparation per product specifications.
4. Stabilized power supply, UPS, and earthing infrastructure onsite.
5. Reliable internet connectivity and networking backbone.
6. Furniture, decor, cabinetry, curtain fabric, and structural modifications.
7. Civil, masonry, POP cutting, painting, and carpentry work.
8. General electrician and labor for installation — SmartR Spaces team will supervise.
9. Outstation travel, accommodation, and logistics (if applicable) charged extra.

4. Delivery & Installation

1. Delivery and installation timelines are indicative, subject to payment receipt, material availability, and site readiness.
2. Typical delivery: 4–6 weeks from confirmed order and advance receipt.
3. Delays due to civil work, site conditions, internet issues, or third-party dependencies are not SmartR Spaces responsibility.
4. Re-visits required due to site unreadiness will be charged separately.

5. Warranty & Service

1. Product warranty as per respective manufacturer/brand policy.
2. Workmanship warranty: 3 months from handover, covering installation defects only, subject to full payment.
3. Warranty is void in case of physical damage, water ingress, voltage surge, misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
4. CCTV installation: Rs. 400 per camera extra. Wi-Fi access point installation: Rs. 500 per access point.

6. AMC — Annual Maintenance Contract

• Charged at 2.5% of total project value per annum after the complimentary service period.
• Includes: preventive maintenance, health checks, site visits, integration support, and product replacement post-warranty at 50% of prevailing product cost.

7. Technology Conditions

Automation (KNX / Zigbee / Wi-Fi)

• Requires stable electrical and network environment.
• Voice assistant integrations (Alexa, Google, HomeKit) supported with compatible devices only.
• Scene programming and automation logic configured after client sign-off.
• Remote access features may require third-party annual subscriptions.

Home Theatre & AV

• AV calibration carried out after acoustic treatment and site finishing.
• Performance depends on room dimensions, acoustics, and electrical quality onsite.

Smart Lighting

• Proper 3-wire provision mandatory for dimmer and smart lighting control.
• Only compatible lights recommended for automation performance.

Security (AJAX / OPTEX)

• LAN rack or casing, if required, charged separately.
• Reliable Wi-Fi/internet required for real-time alerts and access.

Networking & Surveillance

• Extended storage, monitors, or additional backup not included unless specified.
• LAN cabling and internet must be ready before commissioning.

8. Cancellations

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once material procurement has begun.
2. Advances against ordered or customised products are non-refundable after confirmation.
3. Cancellation retention: within 7 days — 20%; 8–30 days — 50%; 31+ days — 100%.
4. Installed or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Ownership & Liability

1. Title to goods remains with SmartR Spaces until full payment is received.
2. Risk passes to client upon delivery at site.
3. SmartR Spaces total liability is limited to the invoice amount paid. No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
4. SmartR Spaces is not liable for issues arising from third-party devices, electrical faults, or modifications by others.

10. Force Majeure

SmartR Spaces shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Acceptance

Payment release or written approval of this quotation constitutes acceptance of all above Terms & Conditions.
